dspMixFx 2.1

Alongside a range of audio interfaces including the UR-RT2, UR-RT4, UR242, UR44, UR28M, and UR824, the dspMixFx app offers users the ability to harness the advantages of Yamaha’s specially designed SSP2 DSP chip directly on their iPad and iPhone. This application, provided at no cost, offers latency-free monitoring while integrating the highly acclaimed REV-X reverb, Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip, and Guitar Amp Classics with other iOS audio applications.

It should be noted that this app functions solely as a control interface for Steinberg’s USB audio interfaces UR-RT2, UR-RT4, UR242, UR44, UR28M, and UR824. Without a UR interface, it only operates in demo mode.

Before using the dspMixFx app with your UR44, UR28M, or UR824 interface, ensure you download and install firmware update version 2.10.
